Report incorrect BSB information
How we handle reports
Our data comes from AusPayNet's official directory, so we don't edit individual records based on a report alone. We check each report against the next monthly edition and, where needed, let AusPayNet or the institution know. If a BSB looks wrong, also tell your bank.
Please don't send
Account numbers, card numbers, passwords or other banking details. We don't need them and will delete them.
